Refund Policy

1. Commitment to Service

At Settlexperts, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality legal debt settlement and advisory services. Due to the nature of our legal and consultative services, our refund policy is strict and structured according to the stages of service delivery.

2. Initial Consultation

Any fees paid for the initial consultation (if applicable) are completely non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted by our legal team, as time and expertise have already been rendered.

3. Service Cancellation & Refunds

• Within 3 Days: If you choose to cancel your enrollment within three (3) calendar days of signing the agreement and paying the initial onboarding fee, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any nominal payment gateway charges.
• After 3 Days: Once legal work, creditor communication, or account analysis has commenced (typically after the 3-day window), onboarding fees and any legal retainer fees paid become non-refundable.
• Settlement Fees: Performance-based fees (fees charged only upon successful settlement of an account) are non-refundable once the settlement agreement has been authorized by you and executed with the creditor.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund within the eligible period, you must send a formal cancellation request via email to info@settlexperts.in. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
