4. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are agreed upon during the initial consultation. Fees are fully transparent and clearly outlined in the service agreement. No hidden charges will be applied. Failure to make scheduled payments towards your settlement fund or our fees may result in termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Settlexperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
